    Attendee & Guest Registration
    ​Workshop Tuition - $1,285   |   Guest Tuition - $425
    *Guest Attendees must accompany and share hotel room with a Registered Workshop Attendee.

    A Guest Attendee may join a Workshop Attendee for $425. Guest Attendees must share the Workshop Attendee's hotel room and are included in all meals but will not receive art instruction and some other Workshop amenities. Additional hotel rooms are not covered. If you will have a guest attending with you, please provide their name, email, and phone number so their registration will be linked to yours.
    ​ If your guest will be paying separately, they will need to fill out their own Registration Form. 

    ​Airport Shuttle & Transportation Options

    ​    The Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is the closest and most convenient Airport to our workshop, which is held over Togwotee Pass from Jackson Hole in the incredible Wind River Valley. Limited Shuttle Service is offered to Workshop Attendees for $150, which covers the cost of the driver and fuel. Shuttle for other airports is not offered.
        If you Require Transportation to and from your hotel, the Dennison Lodge (meal & meeting location), and our various excursions, there is Limited space available and offered in the Instructors comfortable vehicle. One of those limited spots can be secured ahead of time for $200. (a five day rental is $400-1000 in the area). You are welcome and encouraged to arrange with other attendees for rides. If there is available space in the Instructor's vehicle during excursions and outings, those seats will be available for no charge (1st come basis), but Pickup Service from hotels, etc., will not be provided. 

    Standard Liability Waiver

    The Wyoming high country is gorgeous and wild, which makes it a spectacular and amazing place for our workshop! We will be spending time out in that beautiful wilderness painting, sharing rides, and having amazing experiences, so a Standard Liability Waiver is required to attend this workshop. You can download the PDF document found at the bottom of this page. Just fill out & sign the waiver, then return it as a scanned document via email, or print it out and mail to the address in the confirmation email you will receive. 

    Payment Options

    Once this registration form is filled out and submitted, you will be sent an invoice with link or instructions on how to submit payment based on the method you select here. You have the option to pay via Venmo, Credit Card* through this website, via PayPal*, or by mailed check. (*processing fee applies)

    When all form segments above are
    filled out,​ click "Submit Registration"
    *** Be sure when you click the “Submit Registration” button that it proceeds to the next page that states "REGISTRATION CONFIRMED" along with the option to pay online. If it doesn’t display that confirmation message, one or more of the required fields or menu options was missed and needs to be filled out before clicking "Submit Registration" again. ***
